Traditional Outdoors Podcast – Episode #6 – “What’s in a knife?” with Guest Lucas Bullington of Lucas Forge

In Episode #6 Steve and Nick welcome guest Lucas Bullington to the podcast to chat about custom knives and Lucas Forge.

I love custom knives, (much like I love custom bows and custom fly rods) and over the years I have purchased several knives from a couple of different knife makers. Each craft a fantastic product in their own rights. Currently I own 3 custom knives from each of them and through social media and email I have gotten to be friends with both of them. In this episode Nick and I sit down and chat with Lucas Bullington about his knives, some general outdoor conversation and friendly banter. Mostly we talk to Lucas about his knives, how he builds them (no trade secrets, sorry) and his favorites. We also spend a little time discussing his brother Ike, his involvement with Lucas forge along with Ike’s own endeavors; Wolf Valley Forge where Ike makes hand forged axes and Experiences with Ike where Ike provides woodsmanship instruction on DVD. We had a good time catching up with Lucas, we hope you enjoy
